How do I add a child to my daycare?
From the Staff Dashboard, tap the "+" button or "Add Child" to enter the child's information. You can also use the AI chat and say "add child [name]".
How do parents access the app?
Parents can join by using an invite code. Go to Settings > Invite Parents, generate a code for the child, and share it with the parent. They'll enter this code during registration.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > Billing in the app. You can manage your subscription and cancel at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
Can I use Cubby with multiple classrooms?
Yes! You can create multiple classrooms from Settings > Manage Classrooms. Staff can switch between classrooms using the classroom selector on the dashboard.
How do I use the AI chat assistant?
Tap the chat bubble icon on the Staff Dashboard. You can type natural commands like "check in Emma", "lunch for all kids", or "what did Liam do today?" The AI understands everyday language.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Only authorized daycare staff and parents can access child information. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
What happens during the free trial?
You get full access to all features for 14 days, no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you can choose a plan to continue using Cubby.
